How it works -  Membership & Transaction Fees

By now you must be saying "It sounds too good to be true! How does this really work?"

Very simply, our company makes money by collecting two forms of FIXED fees from our agents. These fees are NOT a percentage of your commissions but rather are fixed amounts payable monthly and per transaction. When you do the math, you'll discover that even after payment of these fees, the payout to you will be thousands of dollars better than at any other firm!
 
Here's how it works:
 
  • Monthly Fees – Each agent pays a membership fee of $99 monthly – this buys you access to the services provided by the company and most importantly, to the 100% commission payout model we offer.
  • Transaction Fees – These fees are payable ONLY when you complete a deal. The amount of the fee depends on whether the transaction is a rental or a sale:
      • For a Rental Deal, the transaction fees range from $200 to $700. The highest fee you will EVER pay for a residential rental deal is $700! These fees vary based on the commission paid to you. Slightly higher fees apply to larger commercial leasing deals.
      • For a Sale Deal, the transaction fee is $1,000 for any sale with a closing price below $1.5 million. A small additional fixed fee is added when the price is above that amount.

You keep 100% of your commission, less the fixed transaction fee – it's that simple.

Example 1
 
David is primarily a Rental Agent, but gets a couple of sales each year as well. Last year, he did twelve rental deals (for simplicity, we'll say his commissions averaged $4,500 per deal) and one sale of a $1.2 million condo which paid him a 3% commission. Here's how the numbers stack up for the year:
 
At a typical 50/50 Payout Firm

12 rentals x $4,500          =  $54,000
