Q A	How quickly do you pay your agents? Commissions are paid IMMEDIATELY on completed deals with certified funds. All other forms of payment require bank clearance and are paid on the fourth business day.
Q A	How long has your company been in business? The company was founded in 2004.
Q A	How many agents do you have? We have over 150 hard-working agents and brokers who have made the switch to Level Group's unique brand of brokerage.
Q A	What type of training do you offer? Training is offered through our web-based Level University, in the form of one-on-one training with our President, Larry Link, through our proprietary Lead Referral Program and in our monthly meetings. Q A	Will I have any phone duty or office "face time" requirements? NO! Level Group has none of these types of requirements found at many other companies.
Q A	Are there any rental or sales quotas to fill? No. All of our agents are entrepreneurial, independent contractors working on developing their OWN business. While we hope that you will be productive and successful, there are no management pressures to perform.
Q A	Do you sponsor new agents prior to their state exam? Yes. Signing up in advance of your exam insures you a spot at our company as soon as your passing marks are posted.
Q A	Is Level Group affiliated with any real estate organizations? Yes. We are a REBNY member company and all of our agents are required to also become REBNY members.
Q A	What is the benefit of being a REBNY member? REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York) is the largest and oldest real estate organization in NYC. In addition to many other benefits, all of it's members are required to share their listings with all other REBNY member companies.
