Dennis Denev

Prior to his real estate career, Dennis Denev was a Graduate Psychology student on the coast of the Black Sea in Varna, Bulgaria. His passion and dedication for exploration and culture prompted him to travel all over Europe- Prague, Paris, Milan, and London, allowing him to interact with many people from different nationalities and backgrounds. Finally Dennis made the move to the United States where he continued his education and earned his second Psychology degree. This unique experience enabled him to acquire a better understanding of people and their needs. His interest in human interaction brought him to his job at Dell. With a strong background in the field of psychology Dennis quickly became a pro at the technicalities of a sales job. He quickly worked his way from a salesman on the floor to a top producer heading a team of 50 employees. The sales environment gave Dennis a sense of urgency and a true discernment of deadlines; both essential in getting the job done precisely and efficiently. “However”, Dennis states, “this job revealed to me that the idea of numbers is not the most important, but the skill to be at the service of my clients to help meet their needs is what really matters.” Along his journey he discovered a special person in which he cherishes their union. Turning a dream into a reality Dennis, and his wife Amy, have lived in the city of New York for a while now. For Dennis Manhattan is a place which he calls his second home and with a distinctive passion he works hard to assist many others find their own place to call home.
